Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 5)

Hier een kaartje met een sketch van dag vijf. Ook dit is voor mij niet evident want sketches vind ik altijd moeilijk om te zetten. Gelukkig zag ik al een aantal voorbeelden en toen kwam het idee toch.

 Here a card with a sketch of day five of the challenge. I am not that good in making sketch cards but I try it once an awhile. I saw some examples and then decided to make it with some DSP.

Dansende dames - Dancing ladies

My sister also asked me to make some cards with these dancing ladies. So I made one with a red and a blue hat so I matted them in red and blue to match it. She loved them too.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 4)

Ik vind het wel toepasselijk om hier de uitdaging van dag vier van november te laten zien, we zijn nu week vier. Het was ook een heel leuke kleuren combo dus ik had hier niet echt problemen mee. Ik had ook stempels overgekocht van iemand en vond die ornamenten als paddestoelen heel leuk.

 This time a card I made on the day four of the November challenge, it was a very nice colour combo and I loved it. I used the ornamental pine and some stamps I bought from someone with some ornaments with mushrooms, I love them.

Uilen - Owls

Ja ondertussen durf ik af en toe wat glitter spetters toe te voegen aan mijn gekleurde projecten. Deze uiltjes van Ilse Hoekstra kleurde ik ook in met mijn Derwent potloden, en ik ben heel tevreden hoe ze geworden zijn. Ze waren uiteindelijk een kaartje voor mijn schoonzus en schoonbroer toen ze 40 jaar getrouwd waren. Zij vonden het heel mooi.

 It took me awhile before I was not scared anymore to add some glitter spatters to my work. I colored the owls of Ilse Hoekstra with my Derwent pencils and added the glitter later on. It was a card for my sister-in-law and brother-in-law when they celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They loved it.

Toveren - Magic

En ook dit kaartje ging in een doosje met allerlei verrassingskaartjes. Gewoon even een tovenaar stempelen en deze inkleuren met mijn Derwent potloden, zo ontspannend. Later heb ik nog wat spetters toegevoegd. In elk geval was het een groot succes deze tovenaar

And also this card was one for a gift, I put him together with others in a box. And it was a hit. I just relaxed and colored him in with my Derwent pencils and later on added some glitter to it.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 3)

Tijdens de kerstdagen willen wij altijd iedereen vrede, plezier en licht sturen, dus deze set met de bundle Light the years is hier heel geschikt voor. Ik ben heel tevreden met hoe ze zijn geworden. In elk geval zijn er tal van verstuurd.

During the festive season one want to send joy, peace and light to all your friends so the bundle light the years is very good for this. I love how they turned out and I send a couple of them to friends.

Nog een paar meeuwen - another couple of seagulls

Maar ook een eenvoudig kaartje heb ik met deze set voor jullie gemaakt, gewoon meeuwen die samen plezier hebben en frietjes eten.
