Gelukkige verjaardag - Happy birthday

Een vrolijke verjaardagsenvelop in de kleuren olive green, natural ivory en tangerine tango. Hiervoor gebruikte ik de stempelsets papillon potpourri in combinatie met de kleine vlinder pons, de mooie bloemen set uit de Best of 25 years, en het gratis stempelset van de Sale-a-brations See Ya Later die vier prachtige grappige teksten bevat.

I used the stamp sets papillon potpourri in combination with the smallest butterfly punch, the beautiful flowerset from the Best of 25 years and the free stamp set from the Sale-a-brations See Ya Later which contains four cute textes.

Nog een kerstkaart - another Christmas card

Deze keer speelde ik met de envelop punch board om een dubbele file folder te creëren naar analogie van een mooi voorbeeld van Debbie. Daarbij kon ik ook even wat restjes DSP opgebruiken en toch nog een laatste kerstkaart maken die gelijk in de voorraad voor volgend jaar kan. Het begin is dus gemaakt.

This time I played with the envelop punch board to create a double file folder which I saw on the blog of Debbie. I could use some leftovers from the Christmas DSP so I made my last Christmas card which could immediately go into the box for next year. So a start is made.

Vrolijke bolletjes - cheerful balls

Weldra begint de Sale-a-bration periode, een periode waarin Stampin'Up! zijn klanten in het zonnetje zet en hen de mogelijkheid biedt gratis producten te bemachtigen. Een van deze producten wil ik nu al in het zonnetje zetten. Een schitterend pakketje waar met voorgestanste figuurtjes, leuk bolletjes papier, lint, envelop en envelop liner. Vermits ik geen kerstkaarten meer had en ik bovendien iemand wou bedanken heb ik dit kaartje snel gemaakt. Als enige extra toevoeging heb ik een uitgestanst kerstballetje toegevoegd waarop ik met de Christmas ornaments ook nog in het blauw had gestempeld.

Soon the Sale-a-bration period from Stampin'Up! will start. A period where they give all customers the opportunity to receive free products. One of these products I want to share with you. It is a package filled with nice DSP paper, little ornaments, ribbon, envelop and envelop liner to make nice sunny cards. As I did not have any Christmas cards anymore and needed a thank you card, I made it with this set and added a little ball made with my ornament dies. On the grey ball I stamped in blue, also from the ornaments set.

Warme wensen - warm wishes

Op vraag van een vriendin nog even een rode/groene kerstkaart gemaakt met een leuke kerstbal voorop. Toen kon ik het niet laten om dezelfde kaart nog eens te maken in de prachtige blauwe/grijze kleur. Op die manier weer een extra kaartje voor de voorraad en gelijk een deel van het DSP opgebruikt, wat willen we nog meer. De stempel is er eentje van een ander merk daar dit echt naar mensen gaat die niet zo van engelse teksten houden.

Met deze kaarten wil ik iedereen vandaag een heel fijne kerst toewensen en alvast het allerbeste voor het nieuwe jaar dat hopelijk ook gevuld is met veel creatieve momenten.

I needed a red/green card for a nice friend and decided to make the same card also in the beautiful blue/gray colour.

With these cards I want to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and a very happy, healthy New Year with a lot of creative moments.

Sneeuwster - Snowflake

De meeste kerstkaarten zitten op de post, de voorjaarscatalogus kwam reeds binnen dus ik kan gaan nadenken wat ik weer samen met andere creatieve dames wil gaan maken. Doch een paar leuke kerstkaarten die ik op de valreep maakte, wil ik jullie niet onthouden. Deze onderstaande maakte ik met overschotjes van het DSP papier, de labels collection stansen en de Festive Flurry sneeuwsterren set. Ik heb deze keer een band gemaakt voor rond de kaart om het een apart karakter te geven.

All Christmas cards are posted and the spring catalogue already came so I can start thinking what I will be making with some creative ladies. But I still needed a few Christmas cards so I will show you these too. Today it a blue and grey one, with leftovers from the DSP paper, the labels collection dies and the Festive Flurry snowflake set. I made a kind of ribbon of paper to put around the card to give it a special character.

Kaart in doosje - Card in the box

Hoewel het nog december is en iedereen volop kerstkaarten schrijft en verstuurt, wou ik even iets anders dan kerst. Dus ik ben aan de slag gegaan met een heel leuk projectje namelijk een kaart in een doosje dat je gewoon plat kan vouwen om op te sturen. Ik gebruikte hiervoor natural ivory  en olive green cardstock. Ik gebruikte de flowershop bundel om de bloemen de stempelen en uit te ponsen. Het takje komt uit de vogelpons. De gestempelde bloemen op de voorgrond heb ik ingekleurd met mijn markers, heel ontspannend om te doen. Het is een fleurig geheel geworden in deze winterse maand en is het voorbeeld voor de workshop op 10 januari.

 

As everybody is still writing Christmas cards and waiting for the snow and winter time to come, I wanted to make something totally different. I chose the card in a box which can easily be send to somebody as it can be flattened and fits into an envelop. I used natural ivory and olive green cardstock. The flowershop bundle was used to stamp and punch the big flowers and the bird punch was used for the little leaves. In front I coloured the little flowers with my markers. I like this colourful card which gives a flair of spring already and which is the example for the workshop on the 10th of January.

Scrappen met Stampin'Up! - scrapping with Stampin'Up!

Een van mijn passies is scrappen en ik ben nu de uitdaging aangegaan om een scrap te maken waarbij ik een prachtig nieuw sjabloon van AZZA heb gebruikt in combinatie met stempels van Stampin'Up!. Ik koos voor prachtige foto's van Sluis en heb deze op gumbal green cardstock verwerkt. De stempels serene silhouettes en lean on me leenden zich er toe om de vlakken op te vullen. De vlakken zijn gemaakt met natural ivory papier. Ik ben heel tevreden met deze eerste scrap. Hieronder zien jullie eerst het geheel en vervolgens de gestempelde stukjes elk apart zodat de stempels nog beter tot zijn recht komen. De scrap is eveneens een soort van herinnering aan mijn schoonmoeder die vorig jaar stierf en die van fotograferen en Sluis hield.

 

 

 

Scrapping is one of my other passions and I wanted to make a scrap with a nice template of AZZA and that combined with stamps from Stampin'Up!. I used the gumball green cardstock to put the pictures from Sluis on, the other pieces are natural ivory cardstock which is very nice to stamp on. I used the stamps serene silhouettes and lean on me. The scrap is also a tribute to my mother-in-law who died last year and loved Sluis and taking pictures. My thoughts are often with her this time of the year.
