Deze Pretty pavillion set kan ook gebruikt worden voor een romantisch thema bv een huwelijk.

The Pretty pavillion is also good for a romantic wedding card.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (week 9)

Weeral donderdag het lijkt of de dagen steeds sneller gaan. Op de valreep toch nog een kerstkaart gemaakt met de set Pretty pavillion. Natuurlijk weer met sponsen van de achtergrond en kleuren met potloden, heel ontspannend.

It looks like time is flying Thursday already and I had to hurry to make a card, this time with the Pretty pavillion set. I did some sponging and of course colouring with pencils, so relaxing.

Kleurenkaartenteam groen lila - Color card team pistachio lila

Het is weer de laatste woensdag van de maand, dus voor het kleurenkaartenteam betekent dat weer een combi van twee kleuren waar een leuk projectje mee gemaakt kan worden. Deze keer is het lila en groene kleur pistache. Ik heb niet compleet hetzelfde groen maar heb wel gewerkt met groen en lila kleuren. Ik heb hiervoor een klein doosje gevuld met vijf mini kaartjes en envelopjes allen bestempeld met de leuke bloemetjes stempel van de Sale-a-bration.

Last Wednesday of the month already so that means for the color card team again a challenge, this time pistachio and lilac. I did not have the right green but at least I combined green and lilac. I used the pizza box and made five little cards with envelops and stamped on it with the flower from the Sale-a-brations. A very cute nice little flower with punch.

Triple positief - Triple positive

Met de set Positive thoughts heb ik voor jullie een triple kaart gemaakt. Tijdens een workshop werd deze ook gebruikt en ook de twee dames maakten een schitterende kaart.

I made a triple card with the Positive thought sets which was also the basis for a workshop and the two ladies made very nice condoleance cards.

Accordeon album

Deze keer met de mooie kaartjes van Memories and more in thema tropical oasis gespeeld en verwerkt in dit accordeon album. Dit kan daarna verder aangevuld worden met spreuken, herinneringen of mooie foto’s. Meer voorbeelden volgen zeker nog.

This time I used the beautiful tropical oasis memories and more cards and used them for my accordeon album. Later on one can add textes, memories or nice pictures in it.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 8)

Zoals jullie al weten hou ik van landschapjes en gebruik hiervoor vaker een screen kaart. Deze keer heb ik de set Mountain air en Snow front gecombineerd. Ik hoop dat jullie dit ook mooi vinden, als winter of kerstkaart heel geschikt.

As you all know I love sceneries and use the screen card very often. This time I used the set Mountain air and combined it with the set Snow front. It can be used as winter or Christmas card.

Dubbel doosje - Double box.

Vandaag voor jullie eens geen kaart maar een doosje waar je snoepjes of theelichtjes in kunt verpakken. Uit een vel A4 kan je dus een mooi dubbel doosje maken uit een stuk. Ik heb dus verschillende stukjes Design series papier genomen en even lekker samengesteld. Twee zijn er ondertussen op hun bestemming.

Today no card but a small double box for sweets or tealights and where I used some Design series paper. Two of them went to nice friends.

Triatlon

Toen ik de vorige serie kaartjes maakte, kreeg ik ook het idee om de drie takken van sport te combineren en er een triatlon kaart van te maken. Natuurlijk wel even een apart formaatje natuurlijk, een schets hoe ik het wou hebben en vervolgens ging ik aan de slag met mijn inkt, sponsjes, potloden en drie stempelsets namelijk Do the impossible, Snow front en My meadow. Ik ben heel tevreden met het resultaat. Wanneer je het opstuurt, weet de ontvanger niet wat hij krijgt, want die ziet in eerste instantie alleen de zwemmer. Dus een verrassend effect.

As I was making the previous series of cards I had the idea to combine those sports together to make a Triatlon card. I used the three sets Do the impossible, Snow front and My meadow, some ink, some sponges and my watercolor pencils. I wanted to give it something special so I took a special form. When sending it the receiver first sees only the swimmer but once opened he/she sees the other sports so there is a bit of surprise to this card.

Fietsen - Biking

En de mooie set Do the impossible biedt ons ook fietsers, dus natuurlijk mogen een paar voorbeelden daarmee niet ontbreken. Weer zelfde technieken namelijk sponsen en kleuren met potloden gebruikt.

And the beautiful set Do the impossible gives us one other theme getting out with the bikes so I made a couple of examples with again sponging and coloring with the pencils.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 7)

Een kerstkaartje met de Botanical prints, een van de takjes voorop en diezelfde takjes ook kleur op kleur op het cardstock, maar dan iets ingekleurd met potloden, wat het effect versterkt.

A simple Christmas card with the Botanical prints. I stamped the little leaf on the front and also on the cardstock color on color and gave it a bit color with the pencils. I love it.

Zwemmen - Swimming

En we gaan nog even verder met de set Do the impossible, deze keer nam ik de zwemmer, en vermits alleen maar alleen is, heb ik er een soort van synchroon of snelheidszwemmen met drie of vijf van gemaakt. Ook hier gesponst en ingekleurd met potloden.

Today we go further with the set Do the impossible, this time theme is swimming. And as I did not want a lonely swimmer I used three or five in a kind of competition or synchrone swimming. I did again do some sponging and coloring with the pencils.

Lopen - Running

Vandaag heb ik voor jullie voorbeelden met de set Do the impossible in de hoofdrol. Ik heb een aantal kaarten gemaakt met het lopend duo, de kleine details zitten hem in de bomen. Deze komen uit de set My meadow. Verder heb ik wat gesponst en ingekleurd met potloden.

Today I made some cards with running people from the set Do the impossible. The difference you can find in the trees and the layout of the cards. I did some sponging and coloring with the pencils.

Theezakjes - Teabags

Deze keer heb ik voor jullie een paar theezakjes die je in een leuke kleine verpakking kunt kado geven. Ik speelde met de mooie set Botanical prints en onze watercolor potloden.

Today I have some little booklets to put teabags in so you can give them as a gift. I played with the Botanical prints and our watercolor pencils.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 6)

En ook deze keer een voorbeeld met de set Birds of feather, deze keer met een groter stuk cardstock dat bewerkt was met de banner triple punch. Deze keer ook een paar extra sterretjes.

This time again an example with the birds of feather, the same punches as last week but different orientation and some extra stars.

Lion king

Nee niet echt de Lion king maar wel wel eentje die erop gebaseerd is. Onze stokstaartjes set leent zich er perfect voor. Ik heb er eentje als eenzame en eentje met al zijn vriendjes gemaakt. Ook hier weer de sponstechniek toegepast deze keer met daffodil delight, grapefruit grove en flirty flamingo.

No not really the lion king but the card took its inspiration there. I used the sponging technique again, this time with Daffodil delight, grapefruit grove and flirty flamingo ink. 

Ideas Bloghop Power of hope

Vandaag gaan wij weer lekker hoppen met de IDEAS groep zodat je een idee krijgt welke creaties er in de tutorial bundel opgenomen zijn. Vandaag is het de bedoeling dat wij jullie ons favoriete Sale-a-bration product laten zien. Ik koos voor de Power of hope bundel, hoewel ik enkel de stempel heb gebruikt om voorbeelden te maken. Ik gebruikte de set Gang’s all meer om een paar silhouette kaarten te maken. Weer heerlijk om aan de slag te gaan met de sponstechniek.

I used the set The gang’s all meer to make a few silhouette cards. So nice to use the sponging technique again.

Special someone

Leuke stempels met realistische diertjes kan ik nooit weerstaan.Ik heb er een soort Valentijnskaart van gemaakt. Ik vind hem wel geinig en wat leuk dat er nu ook stansen bij zijn.

I love animals who look real and this one is a cutie. I made a kind of Valentines card out of it. Love the fact we now have dies with it.
