Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 39)

In juli was de paper pumpkin er eentje met leuk roze en blauwe easel basiskaarten. Natuurlijk was het de bedoeling dat je er bloemen kaarten mee zou maken. Ik koos ervoor om een van de kaarten om te toveren tot een winters geheel. Benieuwd wat jullie ervan vinden.

In July the paper pumpkin had nice pink and blue base cards for easel card making. Of course you should add the flowers that came with it, but I thought I change one of them to a more winterly card. So I used the Hitting the slopes set again, this time with a bit more gear to go skiing.

Pompoenvogelverschrikker - pumpkin scarecrow

Deze keer staat de vrolijke vogelverschrikker tussen de pompoenen, ik vond dit dsp terug in mijn kast en dacht dat is net zo leuk bij dit kereltje.

This time the cute scarecrow is standing between the pumpkins. I found this dip and thought they fit well with him.

Vogelverschrikkertjes - scarecrows

Ja hoor deze vrolijke vogelverschrikkertjes proberen de kraaien weg te houden bij het hooi, of ze dat goed lukt, weet ik niet. Ik heb ze ingekleurd met de blends, en het is heerlijk ontspannend om te doen.

Yes, here are some cute scarecrows who should take care that the crows do not touch the hay, not sure they succeed. I colored them with the blends, also very relaxing to do.

Kleurrijke pauw - Peacock

Vandaag heb ik een kleurrijke pauw voor jullie, deze kleurde ik in met Derwent potloden, zo ontspannend en ik vind hem best leuk. Zou jij niet van hem dit pakje willen ontvangen?

Today I have this colorful peacock for you, I colored him with Derwent pencils, so relaxing and I love him. Wouldn't you love to receive a package from him?

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 38)

Doordat wij de afgelopen weken op reis waren in Oostenrijk, een land dat in de winter vaak gebruikt wordt om op skivakantie te gaan,  kwam ik op het idee om een ski - kerstkaart te maken. Hierbij gebruikte ik opnieuw het mooie DSP en de set Hitting the slopes, deze zijn ingekleurd met de blends en daarna met de hand uitgeknipt want helaas hier zijn geen stansen bij.

The last couple of weeks we were on holiday in Austria, a country also known for it skiing. So when I saw the Hitting the slopes set I had to have it and I combined it with nice DSP. I colored the skis and boots with the blends and hand cut them as unfortunately there are no dies with it.

Feestelijke ballonnen - festive balloons

Wat denken jullie van deze leuke kinderkaarten met de Silly safari? Ik vind ze best leuk geworden.

Varens - Ferns

Deze keer heb ik uit de Fern and flora suite diverse varende uitgestanst en deze achter de slak uit de Wild bunch geplaatst. Nog een leuk vlindertje erbij, ingekleurd met de nieuwste glitterpennen in de nieuwste in color. En dit alles op een mooie achtergrond van een boomstam.

Today I made you a kind of autumn card with some ferns from the Fern and flora suite. I added a butterfly which I colored in with one of the glitter pens, and of course a snap from the Wild bunch. I put everything on an embossing folder of timber.

Grote ballon - big balloon

Deze ballon is echt heel groot, echt een kaartmodel en ik heb hem even aan een touwtje opgehangen. Hij was al een tijdje gemaakt, maar nog niet getoond hier.

This balloon is really big, a real card. I made it a long time ago, but forgot to put it here.

 Ook vandaag nog even een paar eenvoudige kaartjes voor jullie, het lijkt wel of elk stukje Design papier weer net een ander tafereeltje heeft en als je het dan ook nog eens met een ander kleurtje papier mat, dan krijg je weer een ander geheel. Dus weer een paar voor de stapel.

Today I have again some easy cards for you. Just use the DSP and add a different color of paper to mat it and your scenery looks differently. So quickly your pile for Christmas is growing.

Vaas - Vase

Een tijdje terug leerde mijn vriendin Judith mij hoe ik een mooie vaas kon aken. Deze vaas werd met de mooie techniek van plaatjes binnenin gekleefd, wat glitter en daarna koperkleur erop zetten. Voor een eerste poging vind ik het best goed gelukt en natuurlijk met mijn lievelingsvogeltje.

A while ago I was with a friend who learned me to make such kind of vases. We first put in the birds, on the inside, then some extra gold glitter and then the copper paint. I must say for my first attempt I am very satisfied and of course with my favorite bird the hummingbird.

Koe - Cow

Jullie zagen al wat hanen, maar ik heb ook een koe ingekleurd. Deze vind ik ook zo leuk en vooral heel toepasselijk voor mensen die op een boerderij wonen/werken. Hij/zij werd ingekleurd met potloden.

You already saw some roosters, today I present you a cow, I colored the cow with my pencils and it is a card for people who love to live/work on a farm.
 

Baby Noe - Bebe Noe

Een tijdje terug kreeg ik een opdracht van een vriendin namelijk een kaartje voor een baby met de naam Noe. Dus het was even nadenken, en puzzelen en het moest een grote kaart worden, A5 zodat al haar collega's ook iets in konden schrijven. Dus ik koos voor de grote letters en dan twee de beestjes uit de Moon baby, een retired set. En vermits het een jongetje is, koos ik voor een stoere tipi tent uit de set Little one, helaas ook retired. Nog wat sterren en even foto gestuurd, en nadat ik het woord baby voor bebe had gewijzigd, kon het door de keuring. Binnenin natuurlijk ook nog een paar voetjes en handjes.

A while ago I got the question from a friend to make a baby card in A5 format so all her colleagues could write a message in it too for her chief who got a baby boy Noe. I looked at my stamps and chose the animals from Moon baby, the cute tipi from Little one, some stars for the front. After I send a picture I changed the word baby to bebe as it should be French. An of course inside I added some little feet and hands.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 36)

Wat is dit papier mooi, je kunt het gewoon in stukjes snijden en het tafereeltje voor zich laten spreken, tekst erop en je hebt in een handomdraai een paar kerstkaarten. Zo wordt je stapel snel aangevuld.

I love this DSP it has such nice sceneries, you only have to cut it in half, add a text and in no time you have a couple of Christmas cards.

Ideas BlogHop Inspiration - Fern and flora

 

Vandaag gaan wij weer lekker hoppen met de IDEAS groep, een groep van internationale demonstratices die jullie willen inspireren met hun projecten en die hiervoor allemaal een tutorial hebben gemaakt.  

Deze maand werd er gekozen voor het thema inspiratie namelijk laten zien waar wij onze inspiratie vandaan halen. Ik vond het een moeilijk thema tot ik dacht ik haal vaak mijn inspiratie uit de natuur, dus ik koos voor de set Fern and Flora en maakte hier speciale gevouwen kaarten mee om zo het mooie DSP te presenteren alsook de mooie stansen die deze suite heeft.

Ijsjes - Ice creams

Misschien is her voor velen het laatste ijsje van de zomervakantie, want morgen openen voor velen de schoolpoorten. Dus een laatste ijsje als afsluiter van de vakantie. Ik heb ze gemaakt met de retired set ice Cream swirl, deze keer wel in de in color kleuren.

Perhaps for a lot of young ones tomorrow school starts again so a last ice cream to close the Holiday and vacation time. I made these with the retired set ice cream swirl and in the new in colors.

Monochromatic

Vandaag heb ik eens een zuiver monochromatisch kaartje voor jullie, alles in bruine tinten, iets waar ik erg veel van hou. Ik koos ervoor om met de far away landscapes te werken en deze te combineren met de rolling waves stansen. Natuurlijk hoort een mooie grote tekst erbij.

Today I have a monochromatic card for you, all in brown shades. I combined the far away landscapes with the rolling waves dies. I love how it turned out.

En dan nog eens zo een traditionele kaart, deze keer is het ingekleurd met blends ipv potloden.

And again a traditional card this time colored with blends instead of pencils.
 

Zomers tafereel - summer scene

Vandaag heb ik weer een zomers tafereel kaartje voor jullie. Het is een funfold kaart met binnenin een soort van doorkijkje met een vuurtoren. Voorop terug het strand met zijn parasols en de zee met de schelpen.

Today I have a summer scene for you all. It is a funfold card with a kind of look through inside. On the front I put the see with shells, and some umbrellas on the beach, and inside you see a lighthouse.

Zomer - Summer

Wat hoort er bij de zomer, ja inderdaad het strand en de set Far away landscapes heeft dat natuurlijk ook. Ik combineerde het natuurlijk met de set Shell collecting. Ik krijg zomaar zin in een rondje over het strand om deze te zoeken, jullie ook?

What fits with summer, exactly the beach and the set Far away landscapes had it too. I combined it with the Shell collecting set. I would love to collect some on the beach now, you too?

 

Extra stranddag - extra beach day

Vandaag nog een dagje extra strand, deze keer met eerder de duinen op de voorgrond en de zee achteraan. Opnieuw natuurlijk met de schelpen. Onderaan zien jullie de drie kaarten samen, het is een mooi trio in mooie bruine tinten.

Today there is another beach day, this time more the sand to walk in and the sea in the back. And of course again the shells. You also see the three cards now together which are a cute trio in brown tones.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 34)

Ik weet het, het is zeker nog geen nieuwjaar of kerst, maar ik vond deze paper pumpkin wel geschikt om dergelijke kaarten even te maken. Ik koos wel voor algemene teksten, dan kan ik ze zelfs nog gebruiken voor een gewone verjaardag ook. 

I know it is not Christmas or New Year yet, but when I saw this paper pumpkin I thought of making these cards. I chose general texted ask then I could also use it for normal birthday cards if I want.

Strandtijd - Beach time

Tijd om naar de zee te gaan en te genieten van zand, strand, zee en natuurlijk schelpen verzamelen.

 Time to go to the beach and enjoy sand, beach, sea and of course collecting shells.

20 jaar geleden - twenty years ago

Vandaag zijn wij 20 jaar getrouwd. Wat vliegt de tijd. Ik herinner het mij nog goed en ik weet dat bij onze trouw fotoshoot een van de getuigen het leuk vond om haar schoenen uit te schoppen en met haar voeten in het zand te lopen. Deze kaart met de flipflops doen mij dar even aan terugdenken. De stempel is van een ander merk maar heb ik wel gecombineerd met de mooie tekststempel en shell collecting stempels van Stampin'Up!.

 Today it is twenty years we are married. Time is really flying but I remember it as it was yesterday. I know one of our witnesses got her shoes out to feel the sand of the beach on her feet. This card with the flip-flops remind me of that moment. The stamps is from another brand but I combined it with a beautiful text and shell collecting stamps from Stampin'Up!.

Nog eens zwemmen? Another swim

Gaan we nog eens zwemmen in de zee? Ik had nog een paar zwempakjes liggen, dus in een iets andere opstelling deze kaart gemaakt.

Do we go for another swim in the sea? I had some extra swimsuits so I had to put them on a card. 

Leeuwen - Lions

Vandaag is mijn zus Angelique jarig, en vermits zij een leeuw is qua horoscoop vond ik een leeuwenkaart wel heel toepasselijk. En de set Safari smiles is daar echt heel geschikt voor. Deze zijn ook weer ingekleurd met potloden.

Today it is the birthday of my sister Angelique, she is a lion as horoscope so I thought I could make her a lions her. I love the Safari smiles set. I colored them again with pencils.

 Niet alleen een hamster is al in kerststemming, nee deze kat wil het ook, zij heeft een leuk koekje in haar pootjes. 

Not only the hamster loves Christmas this kitty cat is already ready for it too. She has a cute cookie in her paws for you.

Hanen - Rooster

Ja vandaag heel veel hanen voor jullie in verschillende stijlen, ingekleurd met blends, met aquarel en met potloden. Zo heb ik drie kaartjes voor mensen die houden van deze dieren.

 Today I have some roosters for you, I colored them with aquarel, blends and pencils. They all are different, and great cards for people who love these animals.

Pompoen - Pumpkins

Wie houdt er nu niet aan van deze vrolijke vogelverschrikker. En vermits ik bij het opruimen nog een paar ingekleurde pompoenen vond, heb ik deze bij deze vrolijke man op de voorgrond gezet. Dus alvast een herfstkaartje, hoewel het nog hoog zomer is.

I love his cute scarecrow and as I found some colored pumpkins I made an autumn card for you all, although it is still summer.

Ga je mee naar de zee - Do you want to go to the sea

Het is tijd voor wat waterpret dus even de badpakken uit de kast gehaald en wij gaan lekker zwemmen toch? Ik heb hiervoor de Sunny splash set gekozen en een mooie grote achtergrond stempel, beide retired.

Time for some waterfun. So I took the swimsuits from the Sunny splash set, a retired one but I love it. And I also love the big background stamp of the sea.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 32)

Wat is deze hamster leuk op zijn sleetje, hij brengt ons zomaar alvast wat peperkoeken sterren. Ik word hier heel erg vrolijk van. Denk dat deze kaart eentje is om te bewaren of te versturen aan iemand die hem heel erg apprecieert, want hier zit best wat kleurwerk in.

 I love this little animal, he is so cute and brings us already gingerbread cookies. He really cheers me up. I think I will keep him or send him to someone who really love it and knows what coloring work it was.

Paper pumpkin juli

 De paper pumpkin van juli ontving ik heel laat, maar het was het wachten wel waard. Er zitten leuke bloemen in, leuke sticker teksten en dan basiskaarten om easelkaarten te maken. Dus een ervan werd bijna identiek aan het origineel gemaakt. Ik heb er daarna ook nog een winterversie van gemaakt, die zien jullie dan wel eens op een later tijdstip. Bij elke paper pumpkin zit er ook een mini inktkussen, dus dat is ideaal om je voorraad aan kleurtjes aan te vullen. Ik vind het schitterend.

The paper pumpkin of July came very late to me, but it was worth waiting for it. One of the cards I made as the example, there are cute flowers, stickers for the inside of the flower, and the text and of course banners where you can stamp your text on. I love paper pumpkin and each time you get a mini ink pad so that is nice too as I can enlarge my collection in that way.

Paarse roos - Purple rose

En dan nog een roosje met mooie paarse tinten, deze keer weer met de blends.

Uitnodiging - Invitation

Een tijdje terug toonde ik de vensterkaarten, in die zelfde paper pumpkin zaten ook kaarten met lampjes, je plaatste daar dan nog een lantaarnpaal en extra lampjes bij en stempelde nog wat boompjes onderaan. Alles zit in het pakket.

A while ago I showed you the window cards, this time with the same paper pumpkin I made some cards with lamps. You needed to add an extra lantern and some lamps and to stamp some trees at the bottom. Everything is in the package.

Even bloemen bezorgen - Delivering flowers

Met deze fiets uit de paper pumpkin van juni breng ik wat bloemen naar een kennis. Ik heb ook hier de fiets weer extra glimmertjes gegeven met de Brush pen Hydrangea hue.
