Rode begonia - red begonia

En natuurlijk moest er ook een rood doosje komen, eentje met een oude begonia bloem die ik inkleurde met blends en de blaadjes komen uit een product van de maand Begonia belle, deze blaadjes pasten er zo mooi bij. Het doosje bevat weer bloembolletjes.

 And of course I had to make a red box too, one with an older begonia flower which I colored with the blends. The leafs are from a product of the month Begonia belle, these leafs fit so well with it. The box has again some flower bombs.

ATC Polka dots

Een van de ATC uitdagingen die ik van Connie kreeg was maak iets met Polka dots. Wow, hoe begin ik hieraan, vermits de uitdaging in de zomer kwam, ging ik aan de slag met een oudere set met zwempakken waar er eentje met polka dots was en een grote achtergrond stempel Gentle waves die ook een beetje uit dots bestaat. Op foto twee zie je wat de anderen maakten.

 One of the ATC challenges I got from my friend Connie was make something with polka dots. Wow I did not know how I would manage. But it came in the summer so I thought of the swimsuit of an older set with polka dots and even the big background stamp gentle waves had a kind of dots in it. So I succeeded. On picture two you see what the others did.

Doosje blauwe hortensia - Box blue hortensia

Een van de doosjes had een mooie blauwe kleur en daarop de mooie hortensia van Ilse Hoekstra. Het is zo rustgevend om deze bloemen in te kleuren. Af en toe heb ik gewoon nood aan ontspanning en dan is kleuren met mijn Derwent potloden het juiste.

One of the boxes had a beautiful blue color and the nice hortensia of Ilse Hoekstra. It is so relaxing to color those flowers. I need some relaxing time once and a while and sitting down with my Derwent pencils is the right therapie then.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 42)

Ja hoor nog een kaartje met het mooie papier, alleen had ik mijn tekst niet mooi recht gestempeld. Tja wat doe je dan, gewoon op een ander stukje papier stempelen, uitsnijden en een randje errond en dan toevoegen aan de kaart. Zo verberg je je fout en heb je toch een mooi kaartje. 

I have another nice card with the DSP. I made an error as the text was not standing straight, so I stamped it on an extra piece of paper, cut it out, put it on the same color as what is on the back of the DSP and I have another beautiful card. No one sees the error, only I know.

Doosje eikeltjes - Box acorns

Ik maakte natuurlijk meerdere doosjes met bloembolletjes om uit te delen aan vrienden in Oostenrijk. En eentje was dus met de mooie stempel Fond of autumn.

 I made multiple boxes with flower bombs to give to friends in Austria. One of them was made with the beautiful stamp Fond oa autumn.

Vlinders - Butterflies (hot foil)

Ik maakte ook weer eens verpakkingen, die kan je opgevouwen wegleggen tot je ze nodig hebt. Ik heb het mooie fern DSP gebruikt in combinatie met mijn eerste hot foil probeersel met de vlinders.

 I made some wrappings too, you can fold them flat to keep them till you need them. I used the beautiful fern DSp in combination with my first hot foil try of the butterflies.

Vogelverschrikker in de bergen - Scare crow in the mountains

In augustus-september waren wij op reis in Oostenrijk en ik maak dan altijd een leuk kaartje voor de gastheren waar wij overnachten. Deze keer koos ik voor de Mountain air om bergen te stempelen en combineerde het met de fun for fall set zodat ik de leuke vogelverschrikker erbij kon zetten. Ik maakte niet alleen een kaartje hiermee, maar ook een doosje waar dan binnenin een paar bloembolletjes zaten.

 In August - September we had our yearly holiday in Austria. And I always make a card for the people where we can sleep. This time I chose for the mountain air set to stamp the mountains and combined it with the fun for fall set so I could put the cute scare crow in front of the fence. I did not only make cards but also a little box with some flower bombs in it.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 41)

Wat denken jullie van beren tijdens het winterseizoen? In elk geval ze zijn nog niet in winterslaap op mijn kaart en wensen iedereen een mooie tijd.

What do you think of bears in winter season? At least they are not sleeping yet and wishing everybody a nice time.

Ideas bloghop Christmas - Pretty poinsettia

                            

Vandaag gaan wij weer lekker hoppen met de IDEAS groep, een groep van internationale demonstratices die jullie willen inspireren met hun projecten en die hiervoor allemaal een tutorial hebben gemaakt.  

Deze maand gaan wij natuurlijk al met Christmas thema aan de slag. Ja want voor je het weet is het weer kerst. Ik koos voor de Pretty poinsettia bundel waarbij je kunt kiezen of je voor de gestempelde bloemen en bladeren gaat of voor de bloemen en blaadjes die je uit papier stanst.

Elke tutorial in de bundel bevat minimaal een kaart en een ander project, soms zelfs meerdere. Vogelverschrikker - scarecrow

Deze keer een liggende kaart waar de boom iets prominenter in beeld is, en er drie kraaien ook te zien zijn, ondertussen is de mais gerooid dus enkel nog wat hooi is er over.

 This time a laying card with the tree more prominent in the picture, three crows and the mais is gone, only some straw is there for the crows to eat from.

Kraaien - crows

Deze keer is het tafereeltje weer net iets anders, met een stukje boom erbij, een hekje met een extra kraai. Het is een echt veelzijdige set waar je diverse taferelen mee kan maken.

 This time the scene is a bit different, some extra branches of a tree, a fence and an extra crow on it. It is really a cute set to make scenery cards.

Mais

Dit kleine kereltje is zo leuk dat ik er nog eens een kaartje mee maakte, in de traditionele boerenkleuren met een jeans overall en een rode sjaal. En dit voor een veld van mais. De kraai kijkt natuurlijk toe.

 This little fellow is so cute I had to make another card with it, in traditional farmer colors, a jeans overall and a red scarf. And him standing in front of a mais field, while the crow is looking at him.

Elke donderdag kerst - Each Thursday Christmas (Week 40)

Jaren geleden hadden wij ook een set met een rendier, dus ik heb daarvan de tekst genomen en deze gecombineerd met het mooie design papier. Weer eentje voor mijn kerststapeltje.

Years ago we had a moose stamp set and a punch, I used the stamp set for the text and added it to the nice DSP. So I have another Christmas card ready.
