Prulleke fans swap - triangular fold

Ik heb weer eens deelgenomen aan een swap, deze keer moesten wij een kaartje maken met een funfold, ik maakte weer eens mijn speciale fold, geen idee hoe die juist heet. Ik heb hem even triangular fold genoemd omdat hij twee driehoeken vouwt. Hij blijft op zich staan, kan perfect verstuurd worden en wordt gemaakt uit een rechthoekig stuk cardstock. Zo leuk om te maken en verrassend effect voor de ontvanger. Ik mijn lievelingssets van het moment gebruikt. Latte love, Lovely and sweet en Notes of nature.

I took part of a swap this month and we had to make a funfold card. I made again my special fold, I am not sure how it is called so I call it triangular fold as it shows like two triangular pieces but it is made out of one rectangular folded in a special way. I love it as it can stand on its own and has a special effect for the receiver. And I used my favorite sets for the moment Lovely and sweet, Notes of nature and Latte love.

Vandaag gaan wij weer lekker hoppen met de IDEAS groep, een groep van internationale demonstratices die jullie willen inspireren met hun projecten en die hiervoor allemaal een tutorial hebben gemaakt.  

Weer al een maand voorbij, wat vliegt de tijd. Deze keer hebben wij fun folds voor jullie, ik koos om te werken met de Lovely and sweet suite maar je kan het met elke set maken natuurlijk. Ik heb gekozen voor een verborgen elementje op aanraden van mijn man en ben benieuwd of jullie het leuk vinden. Dus aan de voorkant zien jullie nog niet alle details, pas als de kaart geopend is.

Elke tutorial in de bundel bevat minimaal een kaart en een ander project, soms zelfs meerdere. Opkikker - Get well

Vandaag twee kaartjes voor jullie, opnieuw met de kleurtjes orchid oasis en parakeet party. Gewoon door het anders gebruiken van de kleuren ivm het blenden, ontstaat er een heel ander geheel. Ik heb er vandaag voor gekozen om er een opkikker kaartjes van te maken.

Today I show you two cards, for the blending I used the colors of the berries, so the parakeet party and orchid oasis. And depending on which one you use for blending, you get a different feeling with the card. I must say I love the blue one the best. This time they are a kind of get well, to support someone cards. 

 

Een mooie dag - a beautiful day

Vandaag twee kaartjes voor jullie, steeds gebruikte ik de twee kleurtjes die ik voor de bessen heb ingezet namelijk orchid oasis en parakeet party. Gewoon door het anders gebruiken van de kleuren ivm het blenden, ontstaat er een heel ander geheel. Ik heb er vandaag voor gekozen om er een soort van verjaardagskaartjes van te maken.

Cacao

De sets lovely and sweet, en Notes of nature heb ik ook nu weer gecombineerd, deze keer staat de cacao boon centraal. Je ziet de kaart op twee manieren gefotografeerd, het geeft ook dan weer een andere uitstraling, ook als is het dezelfde kaart. Ik heb deze keer ervoor gekozen om ook kleine fijne takjes toe te voegen.

 The sets Lovely and sweet, and Notes of nature are so cute, so this time I made a card with the cacao as focal point. I took different type of pictures of the card, it gives a different feeling, although it is the same card. I added some small leafs to it too.

Amandelen speciale levering - Almonds special delivery

Vandaag nog een kaartje met de amandelen, echter deze keer op een andere manier uitgewerkt, meer in bruinere tinten, en ook nog een kleine tekst toegevoegd, vond het anders wel erg eenvoudig. Ik vind deze kaart heel erg leuk, en jullie?

 And today another card with the almonds, this time more brown colored. I added a small text too, as it would have been too plain without it. I love this card, and you?

Amandelen - Almonds

Wat is er rustgevender dan inkleuren van mooie stempels met potloden en deze dan te verwerken op een achtergrond waarvoor verschillende stempels en wat blending zijn gebruikt? Ik werkte hier met de suite Lovely and sweet, waar de bundels lovely and sweet en Notes of nature in zitten. Beide combineren ideaal met elkaar.

 Nothing is as relaxing as coloring with the pencils on cute stamps, putting them on a nice background which is stamped with different stamps and with some blending. I used the suite Lovely and sweet, where you have the bundles lovely and sweet, and the Notes of nature. I love them both, they work well together.

Cacao postkaart - Cacao postal card

Ja, valentijnskaarten heb ik niet gemaakt, maar bij liefde hoor ook chocolade, dus waarom dan geen kaartje met de cacao boon he. Ik maakte de kaart alsof het een postkaart is, gewoon om liefde via post te versturen.

I did not make valentine cards, but if I think of love, I think of chocolate too, so that is why I give you a card with a cacao bean. I made the card like a kind of postcard, just to send of love via snail mail.

 

Wintergevoel - winterfeeling

 Vandaag twee kaartjes voor jullie, steeds de twee kleurtjes gebruikt die ik voor de bessen heb ingezet namelijk orchid oasis en parakeet party. Gewoon door het anders gebruiken van de kleuren ivm het blenden, ontstaat er een heel ander geheel. Ik heb er vandaag voor gekozen om er een soort van winterkaartjes van te maken.

Uitdaging - Challenge

Deze uitdaging kwam via de post. Ik ontving een mooie kaart van Ilse Meeus, een Belgische demo. Doel was om dit te casen. Pff moeilijk want ik ben niet het type die werkt met vele laagjes en strookjes DSP. Maar toen bleken er nog wat motjes en ook nog wat blaadjes op mijn tafel te liggen, dus de strookjes werden bladeren, en daarop ipv een grote wolk met tekst, een grote mot en een paar steentjes. Ik gebruikte ook de postzegelstans en zette de randjes ook een beetje aan met inkt.

This challenge came through the snail mail. A cute card from Ilse Meeus, a Belgian demo. Purpose to case this card. Pfff difficult as I am not the type for working with layers of DSP. But as the butterfly and the leafs are on my table, I though why not take the vertical elements as the leafs, and instead of a big cloud I used the butterfly. I added some stones and also used the postage dies which I blended a bit on the borders.

 

Kleurencombinatie Vanilla - Colorcombo Vanilla

Ik probeer weer deel te nemen aan de challenges van Leonie, en deze week is het er eentje met kleurtjes, maar wow wat was het moeilijk. Ik heb dus very vanilla als cardstock genomen. Vervolgens heb ik de bovenste laag de ruitjes gestempeld met Lost lagoon, vervolgens de randen geblend met Boho blue. In de midden heb ik de vanille gestempeld en daar heb ik de Pecan pie en Daffodil delight voor gebruikt. Ik heb nog een extra randje toegevoegd dat heb ik geblend met pecan pie. Ik gebruikte de postzegel stansen, wat zijn ze mooi.

I will try to make cards and projects for the challenges of Leonie too. So this week was a color challenge. I used the Lovely and sweet set in combination with the postage dies. I used very vanilla cardstock. Blended the first piece with boho blue and stamped on it with lost lagoon. I stamped the vanilla and colored it with daffodil delight and pecan pie. And I added an extra layer which I blended with pecan pie. I love how it turned out with the postage dies, they are really cute.
