Panda

Zijn ze niet schattig, deze mooie kleine pandaberen? Claudia maakte een heus koppeltje met de curvy keepsake box als basis. Verder gebruikte zij nog een aantal andere ponsen voor de oortjes, de bird punch voor de ogen, en de itty bitty accents voor het bloemetje en het hartje. 

Are those not adorable? Claudia made a couple of panda bears with the curvy keepsake box as basis. She used other punches to make the ears, the bird punch for the eyes and the itty bitty accents for the flower and the hearts.

Eenvoud siert - simple is beautiful

Eenvoud siert, ja jullie kennen ondertussen mijn stijl hé. Ik hou van Less is More, van eenvoud, van rustige kaarten. Deze keer presenteer ik jullie twee kaartjes op eenzelfde manier gemaakt alleen verschillend qua richting. Ik werkte met de bordering blooms set in garden green, daarop plaatste ik in melon mambo kleine bloemetjes gemaakt met de itty bitty accents met als hartje een pareltje. De vlinder komt uit een ouder set en een paar voelsprietjes maken hem net echt. 

Simple is beautiful, you all know my style by now. I love Less is More, simple cards. This time I present you two cards made the same way but just different in the direction I stamped. I worked with the bordering blooms set in garden green, then I put some little flowers made with the itty bitty accents punches in melon mambo and a little pearl as heart of the flower. The butterfly is from an older set and of course I made it real with some antenna. I am sure I will make more of these.

Huwelijkskaart - Wedding card

Gisteren toonde ik jullie een easel kaartje gemaakt met oa de set Your perfect day en de itty bitty accents pons, vandaag toon ik jullie in dezelfde kleuren een ander type kaartje. Deze keer een huwelijkskaart. Met een heel aparte opening. Binnenin heb ik Bordering blooms gebruikt. Op deze manier zien jullie dat zelfs met dezelfde tinten een totaal ander kaartje kan ontstaan.

Yesterday I showed you an easel card with the set Your perfect day and the itty bitty accents punch. Today I used the same colours but made a wedding card with a special folding. Inside I used the bordering blooms. So you see even with the same colours, each time a different card is made.

You make me smile

Buiten was het gisteren best fris, dus heb ik mij binnen vermaakt met oa lezen van een goed boek, gitaar spelen en een eenvoudig easel kaartje kwam ook nog uit mijn handen. Mijn favoriete kleurencombo gebruikt namelijk Pear Pizzazz en Melon Mambo. Ik hou van deze vrolijke roze tint, dat doet mij gewoon glimlachen. Dus de tekst van de Round arrays set kon hierbij niet ontbreken. Ik gebruikte ze zowel binnen in de cirkel van takjes die ik maakte met een stempel uit de set Your perfect day. En de bloemetjes zijn natuurlijk met de itty bitty accents gemaakt.

Yesterday it was still cold outside, so I stayed inside and was reading a bit, playing guitar and making a simple easel card. I used my favorite colour combo Pear Pizzazz and Melon Mambo. I love that cheerful pink. I used my newest stamp sets the Round arrays for the little textes and the leaves are from the set Your perfect day. The flowers are of course made with the itty bitty accents punch.

Valentijn - Valentine

Het is valentijnsdag en wat is er mooier dan een leuke valentijnskaart voor een geheime geliefde? Ik koos voor de set Groovy Love om de 3D harten te maken, ook de tekst komt uit dit set. Met het masker van hartjes heb ik eerst een achtergrond gesponst en vervolgens de sluiting die ik maakte met de scalloped tag topper punch ook nog eens dicht geknoopt met een stukje lint waar ik twee mini hartjes aan heb gehangen. Dit komt echt uit diepste van mijn hart.

It is valentines day and what is nicer as a cute Valentines card for a secret lover? I chose the set Groovy love to create the 3D hearts. The text is from the same set. I sponged the small hearts with a mask and a dauber. The closure was made with the scalloped tag topper punch and on that piece of ribbon I put two little hearts. This card really comes from the deepest of my heart.

Veelzijdige piramide - versatile piramid

Onlangs toonden wij jullie twee Less is More huwelijkskaarten van Matty, vandaag toon ik jullie een kaart die eveneens voor een huwelijk gebruikt kan worden maar ietsje meer werk vraagt. Op vraag van mijn zus heb ik een piramide voor een huwelijk gemaakt, hoewel deze kleur is ook geschikt voor een verjaardag. Ik heb mij beperkt tot crumb cake cardstock, dat ik lichtjes aan de rand heb bewerkt met inkt en de tekst is een stukje van de mooie grote stempel En Francais. De kleine bloemetjes heb ik met de itty bitty accents pons uit glinsterend wit cardstock geponst. Een paar kleine pareltjes erop en aan een zijde nog de tekst Celebrate today uit de Perfectly penned en deze kaart kon naar het huwelijkspaar.

Awhile ago we showed you two Less is more wedding cards, today you see a wedding piramid which could also be used for an other occassion. My sister asked me to make a piramid for a wedding couple so I tried it and worked just with crumb cake cardstock where I added a bit of ink on the borders. The text is a piece from the very nice big stamp En Francais. On the back I used the text Celebrate today from the Perfectly penned set. The little flowers are punched with the itty bitty accents from shiny white cardstock. It only needed some little pearls and a ribbon to finish it.

Just for you

De nieuwe kleuren van Stampin'Up! zijn echt herfstkleuren en niet alleen ik vind ze super, ook Matty laat ons weer een eenvoudig kaartje zien waar zij de kleuren prachtig heeft gecombineerd door goed gebruik te maken van de Work of art set. En het sterretje heeft zij uitgeponst met de itty bitty accents, ze zijn klein deze ponsen, maar wel super fijn om mee te werken en kleine accenten aan te brengen op je kaart. Een paar kleine steentjes erbij voor het glittereffect en je hebt een mooie kaart.

The new colours are autumn colours and I am not the only one who loves them, also Matty shows us a very easy card in these colours which she combined with the Work of art set. The little star was punched with the itty bitty accents punches, those are really tiny but really cute for little accents. And of course a bit of bling is needed too and she used little rhinestones for this.

Thinking of you

Het nieuwe DSP Moonlight is af en toe best druk naar mijn maatstaven doch in combinatie met het prachtige donkere cardstock en daarop een groot stuk wit papier waarop ik stempelde, vind ik het best leuk. Ik heb hier het stempelset Gift of Kindness gebruikt, heb dit tweemaal gestempeld zodat ik het moet een stukje cardstock nog eens als accent er bovenop kon kleven en om de kleuren van het DSP terug te laten komen, koos ik er voor om met de itty bitty accents ponsen nog een kleine bloem in het geel erop te kleven. Met de itty bitty banners dies heb ik dan de tekst uitgestanst en deze lichtjes aan de randen van wat inkt voorzien.

The new DSP Moonlight is sometimes a bit crowded in my opinion but in combination with the beautiful dark cardstock and a big piece of white which I used to stamp in, I even like it. I used the stampset Gift of kindness and stamped it twice so I could but it on top of the other part with a piece of blackberry bliss cardstock unterneath of it. As I wanted the colours to come back I used the itty bitty accents punches to add a hello honey flower and for the text I used the itty bitty banner dies and addes slightly some ink on the corners.

Work of art

Zijn jullie kunstenaars? Of hebben jullie daar allemaal wel eens van gedroomd om Picasso te zijn? In elk geval met de stempelset Work of Art kan je eenvoudig deze kunsten proberen te evenaren. Matty heeft dit met onderstaande drie kaartjes voor jullie alvast uitgeprobeerd. Het set bevat leuke vlekken en vegen en dan is het zaak van te spelen met kleurtjes en deze op elkaar te laten afstemmen zodat je een grappige maar vooral artistieke kaart krijgt.

 Did you always dream of being Picasso but did you not have that talent? Perhaps the set Work of art is something for you then as these set with strokes and spots are easy to create artistic cards. Matty gave it a try and played with some colours and made these very nice cards.

Vroege kerst - early Christmas

Het was vorige week heel erg warm dus ik zocht verkoeling en tijdens de voorbereidingen voor mijn open dag aanstaande zaterdag, maakte ik deze kerstkaart met de set Work of art. Het idee haalde ik van Pinterest. Ik heb hiervoor baked brown sugar gebruikt voor de pot en dan voor de boom natuurlijk het nieuwe kleur groen mossy meadow. En vermits ik nog wat kleine sterren uit restjes had gemaakt met de itty bitty accents ponsjes, heb ik deze als versiering op de boom aangebracht. Ik vind de kerstkaart best geslaagd. Wat vinden jullie?

As it was extremely hot last week I searched some cooling down and did some preparations for my open day next Saturday and made this Christmas card with the Work of art set. The idea came from Pinterest. I used baked brown sugar and mossy meadow. And the little stars are made from leftovers with the itty bitty accents punches which I really adore. I like the card, and you?

Ik denk aan je ... I am thinking of you

In voorbereiding op de open dag van 26 juli bij mij thuis maak ik nu een aantal kaartjes met de nieuwste stempelsets. Onderstaand kaartje werd gemaakt met de pictogram punches set waar je leuke bloemenvaasjes mee kunt samenstellen. Natuurlijk zijn de bloemetjes uitgestanst met de Itty bitty Accents ponsjes, die zijn echt klein en heel fijn om mee te werken. Het bijtje komt uit de set Honeycomb Hello. De tekst hebt ik natuurlijk uit de Dutch sentiments gehaald en uitgestanst met de Itty Bitty Banners. Om wat schaduw te creëren heb ik deze keer gekozen om de kleuren nog rood en geel nog eens uit te stansen en achter de tekst te plaatsen. Zo is het een speels geheel geworden en dit op crumb cake als basis.

In preparation of the open day at 26 July here at my place I am making some cards with the newest sets in the catalogue. I made this card with the pictogram punches set, you can make little vases with flowers of it. The little flowers are made with the Itty Bitty Accents punches which are really neat. And for the Dutch sentiment is used an Itty bitty banner, which I also used in yellow and red and put behind it to make it more playful. The card basis is crumb cake.

Vriendschap - Friendship

Restjes hebben wij allemaal wel eens, en die gooien wij zeker niet weg, wij zijn allemaal heel zuinig met de materialen van Stampin'Up!. Daarom zijn de kleine ponsjes ook heel leuk om mee te werken want op die manier kan je uit die restjes kleine sterren ponsen of als je een iets groter stuk hebt, een kleiner kaartje maken. Zo ontstond dit kaartje met wat restjes die bij mij op tafel lagen. Een klein fijn kaartje om even een vriend(in) een hart onder de riem te steken.

We all have leftovers and we do not want to throw that away. So the little punches are very good for that, just making little stars out of it and from a little bigger piece make a smaller card. With those things I now made this cute little card for a friend of mine.

Sterren - Stars

Matty presenteert ons vandaag een eenvoudig kaartje uitgewerkt met het nieuwe Moonlight DSP met daarop de kleine sterretjes die geponst zijn met de itty bitty accents. Een tekst uit de Dutch sentiments set en je hebt een apart en snel kaartje voor een jarige ster.

Jij bent fantastisch - You are fabulous

Matty hield nog even vol en speelde nog wat verder met het moonlight DSP. Deze keer gebruikte zij de ruitjes, plaatste daarop drie kleinere strookjes DSP en met de work of art maakte zij de paarse rand, ook de tekst komt uit ditzelfde set. Het gele hartje werd uitgeponst met de itty bitty accents. Een paar kleine steentjes maken het af.

Matty kept the pace going and used some other paper from the moonlight DSP cardstock. She put different smaller pieces on a bigger piece and added a border with the word of art set. The yellow hearts were punched with the itty bitty accents. A few rhinestones complete the card.

Feestjurk - Birthday dress

Natuurlijk kan je met de Stampin'Up! producten ook heel goed werken met een minimum aan stempelen. Zo heb ik onderstaande kaarten gemaakt met de All dressed up stansen en het nieuwe cardstock en DSP. De ene keer dus een effen rokje gemaakt met een truitje en natuurlijk op aanraden van mijn echtgenoot een soort van riem op de rok geplaatst. Voor het tweede kaartje dan DSP gebruikt voor de jurk met een effen vestje erop en een heel klein accentje met de Itty bitty accents pons. De tekst komt uit een ouder hostess set. De kleuren die ik gebruikte zijn blackberry bliss en hello honey.

Of course one can also use the Stampin'Up! products and do very little stamping. I made the cards with the All dressed up dies and just using the new cardstock and DSP. On the first card I made a skirt in blackberry bliss cardstock with a tshirt in hello honey. My husband said I should add a ribbon on the skirt. And the second card is made with a DSP dress and a bolero in black berry bliss where I put just one little accent with the itty bitty accents punches. The text comes from an older hostess set.

Speelse kaart - playfull card

Een avondje stempelen met de nieuwste kleurtjes van Stampin'Up! in combinatiie met de Starburst sayings set heeft de volgende dag geresulteerd in deze kaart. Als basis voor de kaart heb ik Lost lagoon cardstock gebruikt, daarop een stukje pool party cardstock. De kleine rondjes zijn gestempeld in de kleuren lost lagoon, tangelo twist en mossy meadow. De vlinder is natuurlijk twee keer in lost lagoon kleur gestempeld. En met de itty bitty accents pons heb ik de kleine bloemetjes uit restjes papier geponst. De ponsjes zijn echt mini, zie de onderste foto waar ik jullie mijn voorbereidingen laat zien en waar de kleine ponsen naast de petite petals pons liggen. Ze zijn klein maar heel erg fijn om mee te werken.

An evening stamping with the newest colours of Stampin'Up! in combination with the Starburst sayings stamp set resulted in this card the next day. As basis I used Lost lagoon cardstock and put some pool party on top of it. The little roundes were stamped in the colours lost lagoon, tangelo twist and mossy meadow. The butterflies are stamped in lost lagoon of course. And with the itty bitty accents I punched the little flowers from leftovers. The punches are really tiny like you can see on my picture of the preparations where I put the punches next to the petite petals punch. They are tiny but really fine to work with.

Japanse bloemen - Japanese flowers

Ondertussen hebben wij als demonstratrices de nieuwe kleuren kunnen bestellen. Het zijn deze keer mooie herfstkleuren. Ik maakte er alvast twee kaartjes mee. Twee keer met dezelfde kleurencombi doch net iets anders en daardoor toont het ook net weer iets anders. Volgens mijn echtgenoot doen de bloemen een beetje Japans aan, en hij heeft wel gelijk denk ik. Ik heb de blaadjes met de set Summer Silhouettes gestempeld in Mossy meadow kleur. De andere twee kleuren zijn Hello honey en Tangelo twist. Verder gebruikte ik de label love set en de petite petals. En natuurlijk heb ik de kleine itty bitty ponsjes gebruikt om de kleine bloemen te ponsen. De doorzichtige glittersteentjes heb ik ingekleurd met de blendabilities, echt een uitkomst als je niet de juiste glittersteentjes hebt.

We as demonstrators were already able to order the new colours. They are really beautiful, a bit autumn like. I made already two cards with it which my husband says they look a bit Japanese. I made them twice with the same colour setting but just a bit different. I stamped the leaves with the set Summer Silhouettes in the colour Mossy meadow. The other two colours are Hello honey and Tangelo twist. Further I used some punches the Label punch, the petite petals punch and of course one of the itty bitty accents punches. They are really cute. I used some rhinestones too and coloured them with the blendabilities, really good if you do not have the right colour at home.
