Van harte - from the heart

Inkleuren van stempels met markers en daarna dit laten uitvloeien met een penseeltje, zo krijg je een watercolouring effect. Deze keer heb ik slechts een gedeelte van een stempel gebruikt om de tekst op de kaart te plaatsen. Natuurlijk met de stamp-a-ma-jig zodat de positie goed gekozen kan worden.

Colouring the stamps with the markers and then with a paint-brush letting the colours flow so you get a watercolouring effect. The text is only partially put on the card of course with the stamp-a-ma-jig so it fits to the right place.

Van harte gefeliciteerd - Congratulations

Als voorbereiding op een workshop werken op aquarelpapier heb ik deze eenvoudige kaart gemaakt. De bloem komt uit You've got this en de prachtige grote tekst uit een hostess set. 

As preparation for a workshop working on aquarel paper I made this simple card. The flower is from the set You've got this and the big text from the hostess set from this year. I love it.

Watercoloring

Eenvoud ... ja mijn stijl dat weten jullie ... hier de grote bloem uit de You've got this die ik eerst inkleurde met de markers en vervolgens met een penseeltje verder inkleurde.

Simplicity ... you know it all it is my style ... here the big flower from the You've got this set. I coloured it first with markers and then with some water and ink the rest.

I'm here for you

De spanning stijgt hier in huis, morgen gooi ik mijn deuren weer open. De voorbereidingen zijn in volle gang op het moment dat jullie hier de kaart bewonderen. Wij hopen op een mooie zonnige dag en doen er alles aan om jullie te laten genieten van zon en mooie creaties. Vandaag nog een kaartje gemaakt met de You've got this set. De bloem heb ik eerst met clear geëmbost en daarna met een waterpenseeltje en inkt ingekleurd. Vermits ik niet juist meer wist welke kleur ik voor de bloem had gebruikt, heb ik ervoor gekozen om niet te matten in die kleur, maar eens een bruin tintje eraan te geven naast het mooie Wasabi groen. Het is een strakke kaart. Weer eens wat anders.

The flower is first embossed with clear and then coloured with a water brush. I did not add the colour of the flower to the paper, but I chose a brown colour to be with the green and I love it.
