Eland - Moose

Dit DSP is te gek om er allerlei mooie winterlandschapjes mee te maken. En terug oudere sets ter hand te nemen en deze dan op de voorgrond te zetten. Hier koos ik voor Walk in de wild waar een eland dus door de sneeuw loopt.

 I love this DSP it is so versatile to make all kinds of winter sceneries and taking out my old stamp sets. This time I took the walk in the wild where the moose now is walking in the snow.

Thinking of you

Ja ... denken aan ... er is altijd wel iemand aan wie je denkt en wie je met een kaartje wil verrassen. En wat is er dan mooier dan deze strakke tekst en deze mooie vogel uit het set Walk in the wild. Ik gebruikte hier mossy meadow met prachtig DSP in een lichtere tint. Strakke vlakken, echt mijn stijl van kaartjes maken. Ik hoop dat jullie deze ook mooi vinden.

Yes ... thinking of ... there is always someone you are thinking of and who you can surprise with a nice card. I love simple cards and played with the set Walk in the wild and some nice DSP, all in green colours. A nice and simple card for someone in my thoughts.

Een eenvoudig dank kaartje in mannelijke kleuren. Ik gebruikte crumb cake, mossy meadow en een stukje DSP om deze fazant uit de prachtige set Walk in the wild op te matten. De randjes van het cardstock heb ik ook lichtjes bewerkt, dit doe ik door het cardstock lichtjes op het inktkussen te laten rusten. Op die manier krijg je een subtiele rand. De tekst komt uit de Perfectly penned set, deze blijft mijn favoriet.

A simple card in men colours. I used crumb cake, mossy meadow and a piece of DSP to mat the pheasant from the beautiful set Walk in the wild. The borders of the cardstock have a bit of ink on the edges, I love to do that. The text is still the one from my favorite set Perfectly penned.

Mannenkaarten maken, blijft moeilijk dus steeds weer grijp ik dan naar de mooie bruine tinten. En het prachtige set Walk in the wild is natuurlijk ideaal hiervoor. Meer dan een DSP in dezelfde kleur en een lintje erbij, hoeft echt niet. Hopelijk kan ik jullie door de eenvoud ook wat inspiratie bieden voor een mannenkaart.

Men cards are still difficult so I always go back to brown colours. The beautiful set Walk in the wild is ideal, it only askes for DSP in the same colour and a piece of ribbon and this is a Less is More card which I love.

Geschenkenvelop - Gift envelop

De envelop punch board blijft een leuke tool om mee te werken. Je kan er prachtige geschenkenveloppen mee maken, en niet alleen voor vrouwen, ook voor mannen. Je hoeft alleen even het thema en de kleuren aan te passen en dan is het heel geschikt voor een man. Ik koos voor het stempelset Walk in the wild en de kleur crumb cake, dit zowel voor de inkt, het cardstock als het design papier. De tekst is uit de See ya later set, een gratis setje dat te verkrijgen is gedurende de sale-a-bration periode. Wie dit nog wil, moet snel zijn, de periode loopt eind maart af.

 

I love the envelop punch board it is a useful tool for  making gift envelops. I made one with the set Walk in the wild and chose crumb cake as ink, cardstock and design paper. In this way it is very suitable for a man. The text in the bottom is from the See ya later set, a free set during this sale-a-bration period which ends end of march.
